We are looking for a dynamic, know-it-all, a Jack-of-all-trades and the Master-of-Most social media guru...somebody who’s a chameleon and can understand business - any business. You can strategize, plan and create amazing social media content to engage a client’s audiences and drive real results.

You’re the type of person who has their finger on the pulse of culture and society. You get fashion, love all music, know the buzz words, where events are happening, know who the “it” people are - and anything and everything that makes the world go round. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy for clients and for the agency
  • Develop digital marketing content calendars
  • Conceptualize and execute engaging social content across appropriate platforms (photo, video, copy and graphics)
  • Monitoring, and reporting and optimization of social media marketing campaigns
  • Create social media messages with focus on achieving client goals
  • Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
  • Implement paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, promoted posts, etc.)
  • Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more
  • Social media reporting and optimization
  • Support the development of monthly content calendars and overall strategy with focus on achieving business goals
  • Work closely with creative team to develop and create high-quality visual and written content
  • Scheduling and posting content on all platforms
  • Understand tone and voice of various clients and write social media copy that builds engagement and community
  • Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Qualifications

  • Must be organized. Really, really organized
  • Business savvy – you can go into a room of CEO’s and own them
  • You can write – from quick punchy headlines to novels, you can write it
  • Amazing critical thinking skills to find and offer quick solutions
  • Demonstration of effective social media engagement
  • Must know MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite Apps, social media platforms, Google AdWords
  • Experience with Sprout Social or similar social media content management platform
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to balance a ball on your head while juggling (multi-tasker)
  • You never miss deadlines. Ever
  • A person of character, have a lively personality, you love people, Internet savvy, life savvy

Required Experience

You have 4-7 years of professional social media experience working within lifestyle type businesses, advertising agencies, or marketing firms. Sure, if you have only 3 years’ experience apply, but you better be unbelievably amazing with proof of success.
